As soon as we met Alan, we knew we had found the right person to guide us through our home build. After previously having a bad experience with another building company, we were delighted to find him.

Right from our first meeting, Alan with his friendly and polite manner, listened to what we wanted in a home and grasped a great understanding of our needs.

Respecting our budget and spending time to work out what the best options were for us, Alan worked hard to ensure we built the house we wanted. Communication was never a problem with Alan always answering our emails and phone calls promptly.

Thank you, Alan, for making what could have been a very stressful process so much fun. Your passion and great sense of humour was a pleasure to work with. We are very grateful that we had you to help us build our lovely home.

The House is absolutely perfect. Oceanside Homes listened carefully to our design ideas and put those into a preliminary design, it developed into the perfect plan for our needs.

Isaac was the reason why we went with Oceanside, he was one of 6 builders that we gave our name to at the Tauranga Home Show who bothered to follow up. He was part of the process from start to finish, we had a budget and we had to make it work! Isaac and the team were as passionate about our build as we were.

The best part of the build was the actual process. It was very exciting seeing the house develop from a design to a completed project. We will definitely build with Oceanside again because we really trust Isaac!

We really found the process smooth and easy. Oceanside Homes helped us to understand the process and their communication was great.

Using the Co-Construct app was a real pleasure. We were kept up to date with each stage of the build and could follow the progress easily and then schedule site visits accordingly. The build is perfect with no wasted space!

He was so patient and helpful with all of our questions and requests and used his lovely sense of humour regularly.

From the first meeting Alan understood what we were looking for and his strong communication skills meant that we were always on the same page. His wise advice, as the project progressed, helped us so much as this was the first new house we had built. We always felt at ease with Alan and there was never any pressure to be hurried in any way. He always returned our calls and queries promptly even after hours (which we felt guilty about) as we had sent a query not thinking he would work out of business hours.
